I recently purchased a set of windows from Energy Smart Glazing, who imports high-quality products, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The craftsmanship is outstanding, solid frames, smooth operation, and excellent insulation. You can tell these windows are built to last. It’s refreshing to deal with someone local who cares about quality and customer satisfaction.
Highly recommend if you're looking for durable, stylish windows without the inflated price tag!

Dear Robert,
The quality of Windows from Energy Smart Glazing exceeded my expectations. Windows and doors were securely packed and arrived in faultless condition. The builder who fitted the windows and doors described them as “millimetre perfect”. I am very happy with the product. Very, very good value for Money!

We ordered two double glazed windows and a double glazed french door from Energy Smart Glazing for the renovation of our kitchen. We wanted specific non-standard sizes and certain finishes as we are renovating an older home. Energy Smart Glazing were recommended to us by a friend of ours who recently sourced all windows for his new build through Robbie.
Robbie was very easy to deal with and provided lots of options and finishes for the windows. We got the products delivered to our home and installed the windows ourselves. It was relatively easy as we installed into timber frame and got the reveals on the windows. The windows/door are a bit heavier to install compared to installing the frame and getting a glazier in but the quality and price more than makes up for it. The cost including shipping for all three products came back less than the quote for the local company to supply a single French door!
The windows look fantastic and we've noticed a significant reduction in outside noise and improved insulation. Even the plasterer was impressed with how quickly the area heated up and retained heat at the end of Winter. I am going to order some new doors with security screens from them for my investment property.
Customer service was top-notch throughout the process, keeping us informed of any delays with shipping etc. - highly recommend.
Low‑E adds a special coating that reflects heat, improving winter insulation and reducing summer heat gain. It delivers better U‑values and can be tuned (via SHGC) for Australian orientations.
